I was told we could make suggestions to improve charting with Axxess by just making a post here. I am using Axxess Home Health. I feel there needs to be multiple spaces to put vitals in rather than just one and then a comment box for the rest. I also think under respiratory we need more options, such as "Tachypneic, bradypneic, regular, irregular, rhonchi, clear."
