Home Health In multiple instances, after the clinician resolves all goals on a Discharge, they are still getting the warning that there are unresolved goals in the POC Profile and in conflict with CoPs. I go in to check, and interventions/goals are blank and resolved for all disciplines. Why are they still getting this error?
