The method will be to input the medication(s) with a sliding scale by manually entering the information. There free text sections in the frequency and amount sections.

Our Edit Medication screen looks different. Might yours be from Agency Core? Ours is in HomeCare. The Frequency box does not have enough room to put in the complete Sliding Scale for this medication.
