Is there a report to run every month to verify insurance? We've had 3 patients switch insurance and we never received an alert from Axxess.

Thank you for utilizing the User Community!

If you have a subscription to Axxess RCM/DDE you can run an eligibility check at any time on your patients. The system will automatically run Medicare Eligibility checks on the 1st and 16th of each month, which will show in your patients task list in the Home Health platform.
