Is there a way to add the information in a yellow sticky note to multiple visits rather than copy/paste to each individual visit?

Hi Leslie!

Thank you for reaching out to us in the User Community. Rather than using the yellow sticky note, I'd recommend using the Blue Sticky Note which will appear on every disciplines task throughout the episode. You can simply go to SCHEDULE > SCHEDULE CENTER > Select the Patient > Select the Episode > Click on ACTION button > Click on MANAGE EPISODE > You can put your comment here and it will be in the BLUE STICKY Notes. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

I love the Axxess planner as it gives me direct access to Charts, visits, visit types, addresses, phone numbers, ... tabs that are currently open? Thanks

Is there a way to schedule a task so that it must be completed before the visit note can be submitted? As an example, ... signed. Sticky notes don't always work.

How do you add a blue sticky note into an active episode?

How do you schedule multiple visits on one person at one time? For instance, how do I schedule a LPN for 3wx4 and not ... and then assign then to one person?

Anyone else having missing dates from when you receive signatures on PO and POC? we do the yellow sticky notes when we ... those but dates are missing in reports!

My past due visits shows notes that are already completed but it only does this from one company; how to fix this? Thank you
