Is there a way to edit the date on a signed received Plan of care? The wrong date was entered incorrectly.

I think it would be helpful if the Axxess can add MD Sign Date to the Physician Order History and Plan of Care History ... in the reports where it is most useful.

Anytime I create a payroll export with certain dates, the report pulls dates outside of what I've entered. Why? I put specific dates for a reason.

My Cert period and Start of care date do not match up, client has been recerted- are we out of compliance? 6 day difference in episode start date and actual Start of care date.

Anyone else having missing dates from when you receive signatures on PO and POC? we do the yellow sticky notes when we ... those but dates are missing in reports!
