Is there something wrong with the Submit A Ticket system? Every time me or any of my coworkers try to click on Submit A Ticket, it brings us to a page that says this: "OpenID Failed No existing user was matched. Cannot proceed. Please try again using different method." And then when we try to log in, it says that our information is incorrect or the account does not exist. Is anyone else having this problem?
