It has been a while since I have done it, but can someone remind me how to resend the email to a new user if their access to Axxess has timed out? I have a new employee that has the link but she waited too long to log onto the Axxess site.

Please contact our Support line (214-575-7711) or Support Ticketing Center for assistance with resending the activation link. The user also has the option of selecting "Forgot Your Password?" from the Client Login page, to activate their account.

Note: The activation link is valid for 24hrs.
