Oasis recert was completed At AFC 3/16.and Patient went to Hospital next day 3/17 and expired in 2 days at hospital. We will need to do transfer oasis or death oasis as we did not get informed till after death the patient had went to hospital.

When a patient is an ROC at recert, do schedule an ROC Oasis or a Recert Oasis? Axxess doesn't not have ROC/Recert combined Oasis.

We are completing a ROC within the 5 day recert window. Will the ROC OASIS, PT eval and OT eval frequency and duration apply to the new episode?
