On the HHA Care Plan (Generated), we are unable to complete the Care Plan until the OASIS is completed and the HHA is unable to chart a Generated HHA Visit without the care plan completed. If the OASIS does not get completed for 5-10 days after SOC, the HHA cannot document during that time. Is there a way around this?

Hi @megan16 Per your agencies policies and procedures, a clinical manager/admin/DON, with the proper permissions can go to the HHA Generated POC> actions column>details>and manually change the HHA Generated POC to complete as a workaround, but we do suggest that the POC is reviewed by QA before completing this workaround.
