PL 20-35 indicated Questions related to COVID-19 Screening, that the staff must ask prior to entering a home. AXXESS has incorporated it into the Skilled notes, will that same "INFECTIOUS DISEASE PROFILE" be placed in the HHA/PAS notes for the staff to complete as well?
