Questions about POC/485: 1) I have noticed some SOCs are missing a POC while others were generated automatically. Only having this problem with PT SOCs. 2) If a nurse does SOC and PT goes to do eval on another day (within 5 days), that initial POC is already complete from the nurse, so does Axxess generate a PT SOC after their eval is complete? And if so, do we send both of these POCs to the physician? Just confused as to how the PT info gets to the POC when SN opened the case...I thought it had to be all on one 485. Thanks
