ROC frequencies. Axxess generates a ROC POC/485 with every ROC OASIS. When the frequency is added, is it effective in Axxess for the whole cert or effective starting the date of the ROC? Are other agencies using a POC for the ROC each time? I've always just done a ROC order in other systems.
