sample claim************ have any homehealth users out there had to print a sample claim that you have to include when you are trying to contract with an insurance company? im noticing that the home health system does not print telephone numbers at all and the prospective insurance company we are trying to contract with wants a tel# in box 1 o 2 of the ub............... support says they dont have that abiilty and it would be considered an enhancement !!!!!!!!!! OMG the other patient care apps that we use have the ability to print a tel# on the printed claim --------this is all sorts of wrong.
