The CNA is unable to see patients assigned to her on her Android phone. They can be seen on a computer or iPhone though. I have a ticket with Axxess but have not heard anything back since I originally called on 3/11/21. When i call to follow up, the customer rep repeatedly states, "It has been given to our engineering department and they will call you." The CNA needs to be able to chart in the field. Does anyone know what else we can do? besides her going to the office everyday to chart.
