This was the answer to my previous question however this did not work for what I was asking. If I send a message to another team member with the patient's name attached then I cannot go find it later on to read it. Once the message is sent it seems to disappear. Messages sent with patient's name attached or while in the patients chart do not show up in the messages section along with messages sent to co-workers. How do you look at all ingoing/outgoing messages that are attached to a patient's chart? You may view all your messages and alerts by opening the Menu in the upper-left corner of your screen and select messages. From this screen, you may view all messages, alerts, and deleted messages. For the moment, to see messages related to a specific patient you will have to navigate the “My Messages” tab. Your friends at Axxess!
