Unassociated wound orders? We are getting the error "A physician order was entered and must be associated to a wound in the wound orders profile. Completing wound documentation without associating all orders to wounds will impact your organization's compliance." This is in a "late" visit note after a wound order was updated. How do we associate now without sending a duplicate MD order?
