We are starting to implement EVV in Axxess. Running the Patient Visits Verification Log, to track how the testing phase is going and noticed none of the clinician signatures are reporting as "yes" on the report. We have spot checked several patients and the report shows electronically signed(mobile) for all of them. What are we missing to have the report reflect correctly?
