This can happens when a clinician clicks on the supervisory task within the visit and then exits out of it without cancelling or completing. It is suggested that if they open the supervisory note and realize they do not need it to cancel it instead of clicking the "x" to close it. If you are unable to delete, I would advice you to submit a ticket and our team will be able to remove the task. If you have further questions please reach out.
