@Sherral45 be aware though .--- even if you scheduled a oasis visits lets say on 12/31 but they happen to do the visit on jan 6, the rn needs to use oasisE. it is driven by whatever date you are populating in m0090

where is the homebound narrative located in the OASIS D1 RECERT?

When a patient is an ROC at recert, do schedule an ROC Oasis or a Recert Oasis? Axxess doesn't not have ROC/Recert combined Oasis.

I am currently trying to assign a RECERT to an RN and Axxess will not let me schedule it.The RECERT is due on Jan 1 2023 ... proceed. Any help would be appreciated

We are completing a ROC within the 5 day recert window. Will the ROC OASIS, PT eval and OT eval frequency and duration apply to the new episode?
