I need to be able to look at the patient's chart to get the demographics on the patient so I can make my initial evaluation.
Does the 1st visit for the new episode after the recertification have to be completed even though the nurse isn't scheduled for that day?
With the new NOA starting in January, if we have PCR's to process, do we only process the 30 days prior to the 1st?
How to re-generate a Transfer summary? I returned a summary in QA and the clinician was unable to return it back to QA ... can it be re-generated somehow?
