Why wont it let me do a ROC after a oasis transfer was filled out

Is the ROC still within the Episode date range you' re intending to complete a ROC for?

We would need to review this in order to better support you, please call our support line at 1 (866) 795-5990 OPT 1 and one of our support team members would be happy to look into this further for you.

If you would rather not call and prefer to enter a ticket, please reach out to your agency's super user to request that a ticket is entered through the Support Ticketing Center, to include the specific details and screenshots of what you experience when you attempt to complete the ROC. This will allow your agency track any responses or progress from our team.
