Why would my subsequent billing period claim not populate the HIPPS code, diagnosis codes, and first billable visit? The first 30 day period has all data elements and can be billed but for some reason the 2nd billing period is missing all this. How do I correct other than entering manually?

Good morning. This usually happened when you scheduled a CHANGE IN FOCUS and have not completed it. To fix this issue, you can complete the change in focus or delete it. Thank you
