It is my understanding when a patient moves from one payer source to another (for instance traditional Medicare to Molina Medicare) we need to discharge and reopen with a new start of care. (We of course were notified after the fact.)  If this is not true please advise. If that is correct, then how do we move the visits in Axxess from one payer source to another after inital set up of 2nd payer setup in patient's chart.
