IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING OR NOTICING WHEN YOU OPEN A SUPPORT CASE AND PASTE A SCREENSHOT THEN POST ANOTHER SCREENSHOT AND GO BACK TO THE CASE AND THEN YOU NOTICE THAT THE LAST SNAPSHOT YOU POSTED ALSO REPLACED YOUR PREVIOUS SCREENSHOTS?
ISSUE WITH HOME HALTH MY SCHEDULE WINDOW. SUPPORT SAYS THERES A KNOWN ISSUE OF OLD VISITS APPEARING ON THERE FROM LONG AGO YET WHEN YOU GO TO THE INDIVIDUAL PATIENT, THE SCHEDULED VISIT DOESNT APPEAR
****pc pricers are available.**** some of you maybe remember the pc pricers that you had to download a software and run on your pc for home health for example. now its web based. its located at https://webpricer.cms.gov/#/
insured name not appearing on claim. ****************************************** support says there is an existing issue with some per visit claims not generating the insured name if the patient is the insured. they said for now to manually enter it in claim. it will edit anyways for missing insured name so that will prompt you anyways
this was suggested some time ago by other but ill post it here. you cannot search for only home health solutions. even if at top you select "ome health" then search a word or phrase, it give you results for all their platforms/solutions like home care or hospice. also, you cannot tell what page of the results you're on because the page number at bottom doesn't highlight the page you're on.
