We are pleased to announce the release of the following enhancements in Axxess Palliative Care:
Communication Notes
Axxess Palliative Care now enables users to add communication notes to patient charts and send them as messages to other users. This enhancement streamlines operations and facilitates seamless collaboration to improve the patient experience. For additional information, visit the Communication Notes page in our Help Center.
Mobile Visit Routing
The Axxess Palliative Care mobile application now provides a Route Visits button under the map on the Home screen. Users can click this button to route their visits for the day, identify their total travel time and mileage and adjust their visit route to minimize unnecessary driving. To route your visits, click View Map next to Visits on the Home screen. Under the map, click Route Visits. This feature streamlines operations and reduces costs by ensuring clinicians take the most efficient routes to visit patients.
Note: This feature will not route visits that have already been started.
Revert Missed Visit Status
Axxess Palliative Care now enables users to revert missed visits back to their original statuses. To revert a missed visit back to its original status, click the three-dot icon next to the visit and select View Missed Visit Details from the drop-down menu. Click Edit and select Revert Visit to revert the visit back to its original status. Only the assigned user can revert a missed visit back to its original status. By enabling users to revert missed visits back to a status where they can be completed without having to reschedule the visits, this enhancement streamlines operations and facilitates accurate visit documentation.
