Why can't the QA nurse drop the discharge summary and recert summary? These are generated in the episode summaries and sometimes the RN field nurses forget.

If a clinicians adds multiple wounds on POC and they are not caught til after the field staff has already charted how can I fix this? I have daily SOC on the weekends that are breast cancer pt w/ multiple drains. Is there a way for QA to make changes so that wc matches the hospital dc paperwork after field staff has charted? I really just need to change the name of the wound not the number
