I have. They have now moved it to resolved with a message that says they are working on it. I responded back asking for a status so it will reopen the ticket.
I have put in a ticket as well. It took me 4 min and 51 seconds to load a chart Friday Morning. That seems a bit much. Its not my computer or my internet speed either.
Same here. It changed about a week ago where it will only show 2 DX of most of the patient profiles.
We are as well. Well currently have 5 that RTP with 32113. We have also put a ticket into Axxess but of course no response.

Brandi, I don't have the download option either, and I am the administrator.
This works for administration, but how about the clinicians. They do not have access to Reports.
