Billing Medicare again has issues for 2nd time this week. Same issue as last week. Keep getting the same message that states "system problem" try again.

When trying to generate RAPs I get a message in a yellow box at the top of the page that states there is a system issue to try again. Tried multiple times but no go. So I try to put in a ticket and that page will not come up at all. So now here I am trying to get help thru this forum because I can't put in a ticket.
Does anyone else have a problem in the billing center for final claims with the Red X not changing to the Green check even though all orders are back and have been marked as received? This has been an issue for weeks now. I have put in a ticket for the second time.
In Pending claims the RAPs will not show up but the finals will.
Our therapy can't open evaluations on a couple of patient's that were auto put on hold from a transfer and are now no longer on hold but he gets a message every time he tries to open the eval that says the patient is still on hold but when I check the patients chart they are not. I did put in a ticket also.
2021-- If a RAP was sent with the first day of the billing period on the service line and then a visit was done in the first 5 days will the final claim process correctly or will it RTP for the wrong first billable visit day?
