“I am a Nurse. I didn’t become a nurse because I couldn’t cut it in med school, or failed organic chemistry, but rather because I chose this. I work to maintain my clients dignity through intimate moments, difficult long-term decisions, and heartbreaking situations.  Sometimes I wipe bottoms, often I give meds, but that isn’t the extent of what I do. There are people above me and people below. I chose this profession. God has called me to my profession and i  love almost every minute of it. I know I am not alone and I appreciate all of the nurses, nurse aides  who ive worked with over the years an  alongside me.  Ive shaped an  will keep continuing to help  shape others into the nurse they will be. This wasn’t my plan B, it was my plan A, and I would gladly choose it again.Nursing is not for everyone. It takes a very strong, intelligent, and compassionate person to take on the ills of the world with passion and purpose and work to maintain the health and well-being of the planetA new nurse writes notes on a pad.  An old nurse writes on a napkin, at the back of their hand, or even on their Forearm As a nurse ive  been given opportunity the opportunity to heal the heart, mind, soul, and body of mostly all my  clients, their families and myself.Our clients were given ,They may forget our name, but they will never forget how weve made made them feel.If you find it in your heart to care for somebody else, you will have succeeded.I. like to feel as if im to be a rainbow in someone’s cloud.I the best I can until I know better.Then when I know better, do better!Ive encountered many defeats,but ive not let it make me feel  defeated.
