Dates for pcp signatures that were returned and signed are blank and missing now in the patients chart and PO and POC history report. It was in there but now tons are blank on the calendar drop down.

Is there a easier way to send PHYSICIAN ORDERS, HOME HEALTH PLAN OF CARE, FACE TO FACE ENCOUNTER, 30 & 60 DAY SUMMARY/CASE CONFERENCE, PT PLAN OF CARE, etc to PCP for Physician Signatures?

How do newly added ICD10 codes update to patient profile in chart after patient is admitted? It only allows adding codes in QA and when creating a new patient but not when in edit patient in chart.

I am trying to create my patient lists that are split with another employee (even mrn numbers and odd mrn numbers). Is there a way to generate a report that shows only the even numbered MRN patients?
