OASIS-E is not a standalone assessment but part of a comprehensive integrated assessment. Watch as nurse Tammy begins development of the plan of care during the initial visit. Note best practices such as diabetic foot care are followed, and safety is reinforced to prevent unplanned hospital and ER visits.
