In the case it is an order that was sent to the physician, you cannot add an addendum instead you would need to write a clarification order.

You will need to submit a ticket or call our Customer Support to ensure we have an integration with them and have it linked to your agency.

If your agency has an integrated PBM you will have that option however if your agency does not there is not that ability to refill medications from the solution.
