When writing a personnel note on an employee there is a box that allows for "employee comments". When we write this note and send it to the employee they receive it through the Axxess Message and can respond through Axxess Message but the response does not fill into the box on the original personnel note.
Is there a way to have that fill into that personnel note? I know I have record of the response in my messages BUT with over 100 employees (and no way of creating a folder for separate email/messages in Axxess Messaging) I cannot keep track of the response unless I print it out which is NOT what we are wanting to do since we are doing everything via electronic patient medical record and employee records. Can anyone help with this? Am I missing something simple that would allow an employee to respond to the message and it actually go on the original personnel note under "employee comments" and show that the employee entered that information on a certain date and time as a record? This personnel note is specifically for a "counseling", "recognition" and "other"........shouldn't we be able to document that the employee signed something for their "counseling" note that is possibly a write up and needs such documentation? Sorry this is so long but I hope someone can help me with this. Thank you in advance!
