Employee Proximity Mapping
Axxess Home Care now provides an Employee Proximity screen that displays a map view of employees’ locations so users can view each employee’s proximity to a client or referral. This feature streamlines operations by helping users identify ideal candidates for client care. For additional information, visit the Employee Proximity Mapping page in our Help Center.
Employee Availability in Schedule Center
Axxess Home Care now provides a setting in Company Setup that enables users to view employee availability on the monthly calendar in the Schedule Center. To enable this feature, navigate to the Scheduling tab in Company Setup and select the box next to Display Employee Availability in Schedule Center. This enhancement streamlines scheduling processes by enabling users to cross-check employee availability with scheduled tasks.
Deposit Dates on Remittances
Axxess Home Care now enables organizations that have remittance posting enabled in Company Setup to enter a deposit date on each remittance. This enhancement streamlines remittance posting by facilitating seamless reconciliation of bank deposits.
