How do I  get a Transfer reports for quarter? 

Adding client in to Axxcess wont save, and if it does goes to pending and can not admit from here. called 3 times to axxcess waited over 20 min each time, the one time I got thru call was dropped ( not by my phone) other time they said could not hear me and hung up ( no issues with anyother calls that day) 3 I had to leave a message and no call back.....so Can not admit any new clients.   

Is there a report for 30 day therapy eval?
