We've noticed that all of our orders now have an extra page, it contains only the header and footers but no content. Â This causes a 1-page order to become a 2-page order which is wastes paper, it adds another page to both the inbound and outbound faxes and also requires physician to sign a useless blank page. Hello is there a way to delete a No-pay RAP? Â Incorrect insurance set when i created RAPs it also created a No-Pay RAP for a patient that has commercial PPO, patient does not have a Medicare Number. Â I cannot figure out how to delete that no-pay RAP. Â Â

Invalid HCPC code G0163 keeps showing up on the UB04 for "OASIS-D1 Start of Care". Â We are using the "OASIS-D1 Start of Care (G0493(G0163))" task on the patient chart visit detail and I have tried changing the HCPC value for "OASIS-D1 Start of Care" to G0493 on the fee schedule, but when we create the UB04 claim the "OASIS-D1 Start of Care" claim line shows up with invalid HCPC G0163 code in the HCPC box. Â How do we get the valid HCPC G0493 code to show up on the UB04 claim line?Â
