What Task do you assign your LVNs for visits?  We just hired one and we have identified that their views are limited specifically for the LVN/LPN Visit.  They are not allowed to document in the Wound Worksheet nor access any Templates.   

I am contemplating assigning them the Task of SN Visit so they can have the tools needed but I don't want to do that if there is a better way. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know if there is a more streamlined way of getting all the POC and evaluations onto one main document that can be sent to the provider?  As an example, we have a SN SOC and PT and OT evaluations and treatment orders; what is the best method to get the PT and OT POC onto the SN POC to be sent to the provider?  

We want to lessen the amount of messages to the providers but if this is the only way, we at least know we are not missing anything. Thanks in advance.
