Is that report only available if Axxess is your HHCAHPS vendor? I do not see it on my reports section.

I do not have a frequency column for some reason, and I am in the Schedule Center. Is there some place to enable that?

Im having this same issue. It won't allow me to submit a ticket either. Any response for you yet?
