To those occupation therapists out there.  Does anyone have a checklist or example of a good evaluation that I can show a new trainee?  Or is there a good training link out there that I can show a new employee/occupational therapist that has never done home health before?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Is there a way for the nurse to see their patient mileage for the week? I'm wanting to be able to print a report and upload into my PAYCOM versus having to keep separate track in an excel spreadsheet.
