My aides are completing the "Daily Living Tasks" before the end of their shift. So their clock-out time is incongruent (not the same or close ) to the "Visit Time Out". Does anyone else have this problem? Should we be concerned that the times do not match? I suggested the aides "Save" the tasks, but they would have to remember to go back and hit "Complete". Any other suggestions?

Where are the updates for Axxess listed? Since last year several enhancements were suggested to improve the efficiency of the nurses and aides but have not seen one as of today. Are we wasting our time? Also Axxess calls all staff "Clinicians", this is incorrect. The aides are NOT clinicians. In the State of Ohio, a clinician is considered a nurse, nurse practitioner, etc. The aides are the personal caregivers and homemakers.
A visit was returned to an aide because the tasks were not completed. When the aide tried to go back in and enter the tasks, she was unable to open the "Daily Living Tasks", so she added a "comment" stating that "all tasks were completed" and sent it back. Support stated because this note was "considered complete", it cannot be fixed or changed. They were unable to find another solution. This is unacceptable. This will not go over well with case managers and surveyors.
What is the correct way of returning a visit that needs correcting? Currently, we send visits back to the aide or nurse when reviewing their work, and then the calendar changes to "orange". However, they report not always seeing the returns. Where on the mobile app will they find the "returns" noting what needs to be corrected? We were also told to return visits to use a "yellow sticky" adding a note of what needs to be done. Is it true the system will only allow you to go back 30 days to complete, fix, or add visits?
A visit was returned to an aide to complete the daily living tasks but the task list is not opening up. These are previous visits. It is noted not all clinicians have the same permission. This aide has everything checked under "Clerical" except for the "Delete".
Why does an aide NOT see on the mobile app when a visit is returned to them for a correction or completion? I reviewed the aide's tablet and it did not show anything was returned to him. Is there an ALERT feature that notifies the aide there is a message for them?
Does anyone know why there are two different systems for Axxess: Home Health and Home Care? They both have to follow CMS guidelines and need the same information. I noticed there are features Home Care DOES NOT have but Home Health DOES.
