Can someone explain what the service plan list is for? What purpose does it serve? Thank you.

Does anyone have problems with the case conference/60-day summary populating to the "orders management" for faxing?

I am trying to run the missed visit report but getting this message. Thanks in advance for your help.

When reviewing the QA and the aide clocked out before completing his/her tasks, it is returned to the aide. The aides are saying they do not know where to go to see these tasks/visits to complete. What we have discovered is because the aide can clock in and out it turns green and shows green on the schedule, so the system thinks everything is completed. The "Past Due" only goes back so far. We need to be able to correct these visits.

Is there a reason why missed visits do not populate to QA? The way it is set up now we are unable to print individually to send out to the case managers and physicians.

EVV problems: As we approach the new year, there are still issues with EVV working properly for our aides. Why does Axxess allow the home health aide to clock out without a signature if the scheduled time(s) are incorrect? If an aide does need to clock in or out early, a function to add a note to justify this would be nice. There are too many times the aides' clock out prematurely but are unable to go back in and correct. Or add a feature that would confirm the correct time. Another suggestion is for Axxess to autocorrect the times.

I am unable to find a report that shows when a task is actually completed in Axxess. For example: when recertification is due on a specific day but the clinician completes it on a different day. Is there a report that shows this?

How come on the Home Care side there are no alerts for the recerts due, authorizations, supervisory visits, etc. The only alerts we get are for EVV problems.
