Is there any report or way to find out our days to RAP acceptance by the MAC? I am wanting to make our department goal "submitting RAPs within X amount of days" but I am having trouble finding what stats to use to back this up. Any input would be appreciated!

If my nurse completes the SOC Oasis (shows status complete, pending QA) will that count as the billable visit for submitting the RAP? Can it then go through QA and be sent back to the clinician to make corrections after the RAP has been submitted? 

When in billing center looking at RAPs, it shows that these RAPs are ok to send as there is a green check under billable visit.

I have acquired agency's billing tasks and am trying to learn as much as I can as quick as I can (not a background as biller)! Can someone please explain to me what Axxess is specifically doing to prepare for the 2021 no pay RAP? Will there be a place to document the verbal order has been received? What will be deemed as the first visit?
