For a self payer i try to add new patient but does not allow me because i need to enter payer source.
on section: Payer Address:i try to add insurance/payer as self pay but Axxess system does not allow me to enter self payer because it requires payer name (which is not on list) and does not let me enter payer Id because there is not payer id for sefl pay.
I need to admit patient today, but like alwas Axxess takes a long time to responde to tickets. I do not want to contact the person at axxess that alwasy goes above and beyound in helping us.
