There is a huge shortage of OTs in New Mexico and the ones that are here are being stretched to their limits.  I have two OTs that can do telehealth visits, but I have heard mixed information about being able to bill for those services in home health.  

NM is a MCO state, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  

Does anyone bill for PT Lymphedema treatments in home health?  Recently hired a PT that is certified in Lymphedema treatments and would like to use her for those treatments since Covid-19 protocols have been in place outpatient treatment facilities are not open.  I have had several inquiries about this service and would like to know if I can bill differently for this specialized service?
